One of the easiest things we can do is use a green electricity provider. Green providers use green alternatives like solar or wind farms to produce electricity. There is no way of actually knowing whether or not your electricity is actually coming from the green provider as it comes from the national grid. But your usage is calculated and your green provider will provide at least that amount of electricity to the national grid.
